Sharing the Wealth...of Knowledge

By February 25, 2013

Follow me on:

I mentioned in a previous post that I gave an interview for the website Criminal Justice School Info. In the first part of that interview, I discussed why I choose to work in law enforcement and why I especially love working as a police training officer. I discussed the rigors of police academy training and I tried to get the point across that, while it may be hard and it certainly isn't for everyone, the career is well worth it for those who want it.

A second part to that interview is now out, and I wanted to share it because I think it has some good advice for anyone interested in any career in criminology or criminal justice. In part two of the interview, I share my thoughts on what makes a good officer, as well as a few quick tips on how to become a police officer.

To date, my career has been more rewarding than I ever could have expected, and I'm happy to share my knowledge, experience and ideas with you so that you, too can find your way into the job of a lifetime.
