One great place to get started in any career in law enforcement or criminal justice is the United States military. Candidates from all levels of experience can find great opportunities, either as military or civilian personnel.

Enlisted members can get a host of training and experience as military police. Civilians can assist the military police forces as Department of Defense police officers.
